We are delighted to offer free shipping Australia wide for all our artworks. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our shipping procedures to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

    • Carrier:

      Artworks will be shipped either by Australia Post or Courier service for larger pieces.

    • Shipping Cost:

      Shipping is complimentary within Australia. For larger artworks, the shipping cost includes Extra Cover through Australia Post to protect against loss and damage, along with a signature on delivery.

International Shipping

    • Quote and Approval:

      If you wish to have your artwork shipped overseas, we will provide an individualized shipping quote. Once approved by you, the shipping cost will be added to the artwork price.

    • Customs and Taxes:

      While all shipments are insured against loss and damage, please note that international custom/import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Process

    • Packing:

      Your precious artwork will be professionally packed to ensure its safety during transit.

    • Dispatch Time:

      We aim to dispatch your artwork within 5 business days of receiving payment.

    • Delivery Time:

      Artworks are expected to be delivered within 14 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the location, and remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.

    • Tracking Information:

      Once your artwork is on its way, a tracking number will be sent to your best contact number. Please ensure that your contact details, including mobile, email, and address, are provided accurately.

Refunds & Exchanges:

We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind. We encourage you to make your selection carefully, ensuring that your chosen artwork is the perfect fit for your home.

Damaged Artwork

In the unfortunate event that your packed artwork arrives damaged, we are here to assist you. Please follow these steps:

    • Photograph the Packaging:

      Take clear photos of the damaged packaging, clearly showing the extent of the damage.

    • Contact Us:

      Send the photos to us at marg.watt@bigpond.com. Include your order number and a brief description of the damage.

    • Signing for Delivery:

      When receiving the delivery, carefully inspect the package for any visible damage. If damage is observed, note it on the driver's paperwork before signing. Additionally, request a copy of this paperwork for your records.
